1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the use of our removals service. By booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be confirmed in advance, with a deposit required for confirmation.

Full payment is due before or upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate details about the items to be moved and access conditions at both pickup and delivery locations.

All fragile, valuable, or hazardous items must be disclosed in advance.
Customers are responsible for packing their belongings unless they have booked a packing service.

4. Liability and Insurance
We take reasonable care in handling items, but we are not liable for any damage to items not packed by our team.

Our insurance covers damages caused by our negligence but does not extend to items of extraordinary value unless declared.

Claims for damages must be reported within 48 hours of the move.

5. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
We aim to complete the move within the agreed timeframe; however, we are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.

If delays occur due to customer-related issues (e.g., unprepared items, lack of access), additional charges may apply.

6. Prohibited Items
We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal goods, perishable food, or live animals.

7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, details provided are inaccurate, or payment terms are not met.

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by local laws and regulations.
